Where do I begin?
Feel free to contact us whether you have an idea, or none at all. We will set up a call with one of our experienced account managers to discuss your plans. We can then look at whether you already have artwork, or if we need to look at commissioning work from one of the artists in our Artists' Showcase. We'll have a chat about the type of visitors you have, and can advise on relevant products. Whether you're an experienced product developer or new to it all, we are here to help.
How do I supply artwork and image files
We will set up a secure folder for you on our server, and will then send you a link which will allow easy upload directly to us.
I want to do my own layouts, can you supply templates
Yes, we are very happy to supply you with artwork templates for any of our products. We can also advise on artwork preparation and talk directly to your designer or in-house studio if you would like us to.
Deliveries
Do you charge for delivery?
For deliveries within the UK, we have a carriage-paid order level of £500. For all orders above this level, delivery is free.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary from product to product, with postcards and prints within 10 days and ceramics within 4-6 weeks. We can discuss all of this with you at time of ordering.
